Switching It Up
Interesting comparison to my usual makeup routine - which consists of warm tones - I found myself attracted to a deep Aqua color and turning it into a full on smokey makeup look.
In my daily #beatfaces habit, the key to wearing color on the eyes is to blend everything and keep the lashes defined, while the lips and cheeks stay neutral. I added glitter highlight to the inner corners of the eyes and shimmering pigment to the high points of the face. Brows are bold and in tact.
Although not seen here, I did pair the look with glamorous golden earrings before heading out. I went to the post office, a few local shops and then to Walgreens. Some would say I'm overdressed, not that I dress for anyone other than myself but, the small town was particular rowdy and full of compliments. Must of been this glorious top from Dressfo? Very spur of the moment and somehow it all came together in an elegant and rich ensemble of makeup meets style.
