Baby Peach Skin

They don’t call me the white peach for nothing. Nobody calls me that but, my skin is all anybody ever tells me about myself so, this is what this is about. Disclaimer is that I do enjoy nutrition and supplements but they are expensive and I haven’t used any of my favorites now that I’m doing things a little different. Water is always a must but people say that all the time and forget to take it seriously.

Retinol 

“Retinol is a weaker, over the counter version of tretinoin, a prescription vitamin A derivative that is highly effective in reversing sun damage and signs of aging. Tretinoin decreases fine lines, evens skin color, improves texture, tightens pores, and stimulates blood flow and collagen production.“

I’m not giving away all of my secrets but I will say that I’ve personally started using retinol cream (like I found some potions at the Burlington’s) and it’s basically anti-aging skincare. Prevent now! Unless you’re under 20 then just drink lots of water and stay out of the sun.

No Dairy 

I’ve made the transition over to veganism, as well. The lack of dairy in my diet is benefiting and it’s really showing on the outside. Surprisingly, I don’t miss cheese! I crave other foods as an alternative and I’m fuller and more radiant than ever.
